Job Posting Policy & Procedures

The SHRMTC website can be a valuable tool to attract candidates for your open positions. The intent of providing this service is to facilitate the continuing development of the Human Resources community and its value to employers. The job posting option on the SHRMTC website is designed to provide a centralized location for human resource related job advertisements. The following policy and procedures have been adopted to provide guidance regarding SHRMTC website job postings:

  • SHRMTC website job postings are limited to human resource related positions only.

  • There is no charge

  • Job postings should be submitted to the SHRMTC Chapter Website Administrator at [email protected].

  • Positions will be posted active on the website for a period of thirty (30) days unless SHRMTC is notified to change the job posting status to closed. The position will receive one email blast, sent out to all SHRMTC members and associated parties upon receiving the job posting.  Upon notification that the position has been closed, the job posting will be removed from the website.

  • Positions may be reviewed for an additional thirty (30) days by notifying the  Lyndsi Prignon, SHRMTC Chapter Website Administrator, [email protected].

  • Information for the job posting will be displayed and used in its exact form submitted. Before submitting, please verify that all information is accurate and correct. By submitting a job posting, you agree not to hold SHRMTC responsible for errors submitted in this form. Accuracy is the responsibility of the individual/employer posting the position.

  • The employer must be identified in the job posting. All information regarding a job posting is subject to verification.

  • Any misrepresentation of a position posted and/or the employer will result in the immediate removal of the job posting and will disqualify the individual/employer from further participation in the SHRMTC job posting service.

  • Due to the continual maintenance of the SHRMTC website, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

  • The content of the job postings submitted by employers are not drafted or otherwise independently verified by SHRMTC board members.

  • SHRMTC reserves the right to refuse and/or remove a job posting at any time and for any reason.
