SHRMTC Cancellation and Transfer Policy
We understand that things will come up from time to time that will prevent you from attending an event that you have registered for. When this occurs we respectfully request at least 1 weeks’ notice of cancellation.
Registration and membership fees are nonrefundable.
Registrants who have paid a non-member registration fee and are unable to attend an event will be given a registration credit, provided they have met the cancellation notice outlined above. Registration credit can be applied towards a future event scheduled within the first three months following the date of the original registration. Any credits not used within 3 months from the original event registration will be considered expired.
Registrants who have paid a non-member registration fee and are unable to attend an event may send an alternate in their place in lieu of registration credits provided the original registrant has informed us in advance of the scheduled event.
If SHRMTC cancels an event, all confirmed registrants who have paid a non-member registration fee will be given the choice of a full refund or a registration credit to be used within 3 months of the date of the original event.
*If there is not an event available within 3 months from the original registration date exceptions will be made and must be requested by the registrant in writing.
